The problem

A regulated room shouldn't depend on one person being there.

Your visual schedule lives on one laptop. The calm-corner strategies are in someone's head. The new RBT doesn't know each learner's "easy button." And the day you're out, the room feels it.

You don't need another Pinterest printable. You need a system any staff member can pick up and run the same way — calm, kind, consistent.

That's the Master Early Intervention Class Kit.

What's inside

One system. Five tools. Every page editable & print-ready.

01

My Day & Boards

Editable visual schedule plus First/Then, Choice, Token, Timer, and Yes/No boards. Swap any picture from the library, then print any board to laminate.

02

Calm-Down Board

Regulation strategies and early-learner mindfulness, with a printable calm-corner poster so the strategy is on the wall, not in your memory.

03

HRE Cascade Cards

The 5-stage Happy-Relaxed-Engaged response every staff member wears — lanyard/ring cards, a substitute card, and a zone poster so everyone responds the same way.

04

FCR Card Builder

One card per learner: their exact "easy button," their HRE recipe, and their assent signals. Saves on the device — so the next staff member starts where you left off.

05

Where Things Live

A zone map, bin/shelf/ring labels, and a 4 pm reset checklist — a home for every object, so the room resets itself instead of drifting.

+

600+ Picture Symbols

An original picture-symbol library — Actions, Core Words, Emotions (English & Spanish), Food, Home, Places, School, Toys — drops straight into every board. Drawn to be inclusive: the children in the artwork are diverse, and the design is neurodivergent-friendly throughout.

See it in action

This is the real app — not a mockup.

Fifty seconds of the classroom app doing its job, then the actual screens your staff and families will use.

Home screen with learner buttons and the quick bar — break, help, wait, all done, bathroom, and a timer Choice board with picture tiles — play, water mat, bubbles, ball, wagon ride Today's schedule with pictures for each activity and a check-off circle Fire Safety Group Time — a full circle-time block with visual schedule and tap-to-hear vocabulary Token board — I am working for Play, with two stars earned The whole interface in Spanish — Bienvenidos home screen with the menu in Español Break and calm body page — asking for a break plus calming strategy cards The picture picker open over the choice board — search the built-in visual library by word

Screens shown from a live room setup with the default learner names — every picture and label is editable.

How it works

No app store. No login. No internet.

Unzip the folder, open one file in any browser, and the whole system runs — on a classroom laptop, an iPad, a Chromebook, a sub's phone. Tap Edit to change pictures and text; it saves on that device. Tap Print for laminate-ready pages.

Nothing is uploaded. Nothing leaves the device. No learner information ever touches a server — which is exactly what you want in a room full of kids.

De-identified by design. The FCR cards are built for initials or codes — never full names, DOBs, or clinical PHI. It's a classroom tool, not a HIPAA-compliant record. Keep protected information in your secure systems.
Behavior science, not classroom Pinterest

Built on Skill-Based Treatment — not just cute pictures.

Every tool operationalizes the same framework you'd defend in a peer review. The cascade cards are built around HRE — keeping the learner Happy, Relaxed, and Engaged. The FCR builder centers a functional communication response and the learner's assent signals. The boards run on clear antecedent supports and reinforcement, not compliance.

It's the difference between a room that looks regulated and a room that's designed to be. The full reference and evidence base ships inside the system.

Designed by a bilingual BCBA who runs EI sessions — for the BCBAs, RBTs, and EI teachers actually in the room.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I need internet or an app to use it?

No. It's a folder of files that opens in any browser and runs fully offline. Unzip it, open index.html, and the whole system loads — no login, no app store, no Wi-Fi required.

Does it work on an iPad or Chromebook?

Yes — anything with a browser. Each tool saves your edits on that specific device. For a shared room, set it up once on the classroom device everyone uses.

Can I edit the pictures and text?

Yes. Tap Edit on any board to swap pictures from the 600+ symbol library or change the text, then tap Print for laminate-ready pages. The picture symbols are original artwork — yours to use in your room.

Is it bilingual?

The emotion symbols include English and Spanish sets, and the boards are language-flexible since you edit the text yourself. A fuller Spanish edition is on the roadmap.

Is this a HIPAA-compliant record?

No — it's a classroom support tool. The FCR cards are built for initials or codes only. Keep names, DOBs, and clinical PHI in your secure, HIPAA-compliant systems.

What's the license & refund policy?

Single-user license for your own classroom. For a center or multi-room license, email hello@emobehaviorlab.com. Digital downloads are final, but if a file won't open I'll make it right.
