E.M.O. Behavior Lab ("we," "us," or "our") is owned and operated by Ercilia (Lia) O'Neal, BCBA, LBA. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website at emobehaviorlab.com and our free + paid products.

What we collect

• Email address — if you sign up for our newsletter or purchase a product. We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) as our email service provider.
• Purchase information — if you buy a paid product, our payment processor (Gumroad or Stripe) handles your billing details. We never see your credit card number.
• Usage data — basic analytics (page views, downloads). The affirmation generator stores your favorites locally in your browser; that data never leaves your device.

What we do with it

• Send you the resources you signed up for.
• Deliver products you purchased.
• Improve our products and content.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. You can request that we delete your data by emailing hello@emobehaviorlab.com.

Children

Our products are for adult clinicians and educators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy as our products evolve. The "last updated" date above will reflect any change.
