How it works

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund on any paid product.
No questions asked. You don't have to justify it.
Email hello@emobehaviorlab.com with your order number or the email address you used to purchase.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Exceptions

If you bought through a third-party platform (Gumroad, Etsy, etc.), the refund follows that platform's policy. Most are 14 days or better.

Why we offer this

Our products are for working clinicians and educators. If something doesn't land for you, we'd rather you get your money back than feel stuck. That's clinical-respect, not a marketing tactic.
