By using emobehaviorlab.com, our affirmation generator, downloadable resources, and paid products (collectively, "the products"), you agree to these terms.
Who we are
The products are created by Ercilia (Lia) O'Neal, MA, BCBA, LBA, operating as E.M.O. Behavior Lab. We are based in Maryland.
Use of products
- Free products (the affirmation generator, lead-magnet PDFs) are licensed to you for personal and clinical use.
- Paid products are licensed to a single individual user. Please don't share, redistribute, or resell them.
- You may print our printable PDFs for personal or team use within a single workplace.
- You may NOT use the affirmation library or wallpaper outputs to train AI models or generate competing products.
Not a clinical service
Our products are self-care tools and educational resources. They are not therapy, counseling, behavior-analytic treatment, or a substitute for any of those. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you are experiencing significant distress, please contact a licensed mental health provider.
No warranty
The products are provided "as is." We do not guarantee they will be error-free, available at all times, or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
Limitation of liability
Our liability to you for any claim arising from the products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100, whichever is less.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
